We developed a leak in our living room ceiling last Saturday and were left without heating , hot water and dripping ceilings for 4 days because our British Gas Service Contract said during 2 plumbers visits that they didnt have "sufficient time" to complete the work (and obviously it wasnt quite a big enough emergency !) Rang STH, scheduled an appointment on the phone to attend asap and they arrived prompt as promissed. It took Chris 2 hours to identify and repair the leak. He then refilled the Central Heating, fired it up and didnt leave until he had ensured everything was working properly. Chris and his colleague were extremely pleasant and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. His invoice was extremely competitive , which is always a bonus. Pity there isnt more stars. Cannot recommed STH and higher, and would not hesitate to use again.

Had an electric shower replaced within two days of calling for a quote. Really good price and the service was excellent. They arrived within the time frame that they said they would and finished the job quickly without any mess or problems. Happy to recommend to anyone and will be recommending to friends and family in future if they need anything doing.

Yet another satisfied customer and quick and fantastic service from early morning call to the end of the job. With our 1st priority being for gas safety a boiler repair was needed. You don’t realise how much you need heating and hot water is needed until you don’t have it especially with two children. Appointment within hours and work was carried out to high standards keeping us informed throughout with problem identified and best solution for fix. In time of need it’s great to find that their are honest, reliable companies available that carry out professional work with competitive prices too. Chris was polite and will definitely be booking for future work as at ST H plumbing offer many other aspects of home improvements are offered. Thanks once again.
